About project, Dear buddy!

This project, or rather community Bundle Buddies, was created to help people find each other when they have the opportunity or need to deliver a package using regular airline flights. 

We often travel for business or leisure, and frequently have unused space in our checked or carry-on luggage. 

On the other hand, there are people who need to send something to another city or country, but shipping through well-known postal services can be quite expensive. 

By joining our community, you can help others by transporting packages along your route or find someone who can deliver your cargo to the desired airport.

The application is based on two concepts: offer and request. A person who wants and can deliver a package creates a new offer. Someone looking to send their belongings with someone creates a new request. In addition to creating new entries, users can search for already added offers and requests in the database.

Getting started

Register or Log-in if you alredy have an account. If it is your first time here you can also eaily start create an advertisement - the profile will be created automatically.

Create an offer

1. Register:First, register. If you are already registered, the system will immediately show you the action selection blocks.
   • Select "Create an offer".
   • Enter the departure city and select the appropriate airport from the list. Some cities have several airports.
   • Enter the destination city and select its airport.
   • Enter the departure date in the suggested format.
   • Choose a meeting location, such as an airport terminal or a shopping center.
   • Indicate the kilograms you can offer in hand luggage and checked baggage. If there is no space, enter zero.
   • Provide a brief description of your offer, e.g., "Business trip with only a small parcel in hand luggage."
   • Specify the approximate payment amount in USD. (Later you can discuss the amount with a person).
   • Review and confirm the entered offer data by clicking "Create offer".
2. Your offer is now created and available in the listing and search.

Creating a delivery request

1. Select "Create request".
2. Enter the departure city and select the appropriate airport from the list.
3. Select the destination city.
4. Please specify the date range during which your offer will be valid.
5. Specify the appr. amount you offer for this service. (Later you can discuss the amount with a person).
6. Clarify information about the items to be transported, such as customs clearance requirements.
7. Optionally, add a brief description of your request.
8. Review the entered data and publish the request by confirming.

Interaction between users

Only registered and authorized users can contact the author of an offer or request. After logging in, when you click the contact button, we send an email to the author of the listing with your profile details, informing them that you are interested in getting in touch. We have decided not to publish users' contact details in plain text to prevent them from being collected by spammers.

Managing your Account

The data you provide during publication, such as your phone number and name, will be available to registered users. You can always change them in your personal account, called "My profile". There you can also cancel the publication of your offers and requests.

Searching for offers and requests

Every user and guest can find what they need using search forms.
