This service (hereinafter, the “Platform”) is an online marketplace that provides users (hereinafter, the “Users”) with a technical tool to post and search for delivery offers and requests for personal cargo/parcel transportation via regular flights. The Platform is not a transportation or logistics company and does not provide storage or shipping services.
1.2. Availability
The Platform is accessible to anyone with an internet connection who meets the registration requirements. By using the Platform, the User agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. Right to Use
Individuals who are at least 18 years old have the right to register and use the Platform, regardless of their citizenship or country of residence, provided this does not violate the laws of the country in which they are located.
1.4. Independence of the Platform: The platform is not affiliated with any airline, transportation company, or organization mentioned in the text, including IATA.

All cooperation terms (e.g., amount of remuneration, deadlines, pick-up/drop-off locations) are discussed directly between the Users. The Platform is not a party to these arrangements and bears no responsibility for their fulfillment.

The Platform solely provides a technical service for posting information about listings. The Platform’s administration does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of user-posted content and is not liable for any losses arising from its use.

The Platform’s administration does not carry out mandatory identity checks or verify the accuracy of information provided by Users. Any additional verification (e.g., obtaining a “Verified” status) may be conducted upon User request and at the administration’s discretion.

The User may delete their account at any time via the “My Profile” section. Once deleted, all of the User’s personal data and listings become inaccessible, except for any information that the Platform is required by law to retain (e.g., for record-keeping).

If an account is blocked, the User may submit a request to customer support detailing why they believe the block is unjust. The decision to reinstate the account is made by the Platform’s administration after an internal review.

In the event of changes to these Terms & Conditions, the Platform’s administration will notify Users via the email address provided during registration or by posting a relevant notice in the user dashboard.
9.2. Continued Use
If a User continues to use the Platform after the updated Terms come into effect, this will be considered acceptance of the changes. If the User does not agree with the updated Terms, they must delete their account and stop using the Platform.
10.1. Compliance with Local Laws
Users bear full responsibility for complying with local laws, including customs regulations and tax legislation, in connection with shipping cargo and using the Platform.
10.2. Language Versions
The Platform intends to offer its functionality and legal documents (including these Terms) in multiple languages. In the event of any discrepancies between translated versions, the English version (or another language designated as primary by the administration) shall prevail.
10.3. Disputes Between Users
All disputes or disagreements arising between Users must be resolved by those Users themselves. The Platform’s administration bears no responsibility for dispute resolution and does not act as a party in legal or other proceedings between Users.

By using the Platform, Users acknowledge that they have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them. Failure to comply with any provisions of this document may result in the blocking or deletion of the User’s account and the implementation of measures provided by applicable law.
